Chauffeured Transportation: Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York

From 2867 Post Rd in Orefield, we plan chauffeured transportation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. That means sedans and SUVs for ABE, PHL, Newark and New York flights, Sprinters and buses for groups, and party buses and limos for birthdays and weddings. Why DT Goods

Why Riders Book with Us

Everything we do is chauffeured transportation in Pennsylvania and the states next door, for families, offices, wedding parties and their guests. These are the 6 things we hold to on every booking.

We Plan Around the Valley’s Slow Spots

Route 22 jams at MacArthur Road and the Lehigh River bridge at rush hour, and I-78 fills with warehouse trucks. Pickup times allow for both.

We Size the Vehicle Honestly

A group of 9 with carry-ons doesn’t need a minibus. If a smaller vehicle does the job, that’s the one we’ll quote.

You’ll Know What the Price Covers

Tolls, parking, gratuity and the time it takes the vehicle to reach you are the usual questions. Ask about any of them and you’ll get a plain answer before you book.

Your Timeline Sets the Plan

A 1 p.m. kickoff at Lincoln Financial Field, a 4 p.m. ceremony in Bethlehem, a 6 a.m. departure from PHL: we start from the time that can’t move and work back from it.

Winter Is Part of the Schedule

Snow and ice can show up on any run from December to March, and the Poconos get it first. When the forecast turns, we’ll talk with you about an earlier pickup instead of hurrying on a slick I-80.

You Can Ask Before You Commit

Questions are part of the job. Call, or write them in the notes on the request, and you’ll hear back from someone who knows these roads.

Vehicles

Sizing the Vehicle to the Group

Count the bags, not only the people. A sedan fits 3 riders and roughly 3 checked bags. Step up to a full-size SUV for as many as 6 riders, or fewer when skis and boots come along. Past 6, an Executive Sprinter seats up to 14 with space for about 12 bags. Groups of 24 to 35 fit a minibus, and a motorcoach seats up to 56 with luggage bays under the floor.

When a group lands between sizes, say 16 or 18 people, the answer is usually 2 Sprinters, or a minibus with seats to spare, and we can price both ways so you can compare.

Party buses carry 20 to 40 and have no luggage hold, so they’re built for a night out, not an airport run.

How booking works

How a Quote Works Here

A complete request saves a round of back-and-forth: pickup address, destination, date, the times that can’t move, headcount and bags. Start a request, or (610) 555-0123 to talk it through.

  1. One Request for Any Ride

Pick the closest service, or just describe the day. A wedding with a limo and a guest shuttle can go on one request, each piece with its own pickup time.

  2. Dispatch Sizes and Prices It

Dispatch checks the route and the clock and sizes the vehicle to your headcount and bags, no bigger than the job needs. The written quote gives the class and price.

  3. Say Yes, Then Ride

No booking exists until you agree to the price. Then you get the pickup time and address, plus the person to reach on the day.

About us

A Pennsylvania Company with One Line of Work

DT Goods runs chauffeured rides out of Orefield, in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Schnecksville and Fogelsville are next door, and Allentown and ABE are each about 15 minutes away, so a 5 a.m. airport pickup doesn’t start with an hour of deadhead miles.

Everything comes through the same form, but it helps to know which kind of ride you need:

  • Cars and SUVs. Our black car service covers point-to-point rides, hourly bookings and longer runs to Princeton, King of Prussia or Center City. It’s also the everyday car service in Allentown that families book for an early ABE departure.
  • Airports. Airport car service to ABE, PHL, Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Trenton-Mercer and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, priced as a one-way flat rate per vehicle. Put the flight number on the request so dispatch can build the pickup around the departure.
  • Groups. Sprinters for up to 14, minibuses for 24 to 35, coaches for up to 56. Charter bus rental suits a big group going a distance together; shuttle bus rental covers the back-and-forth loops.
  • Nights out. Party bus rental and limo service, with stretch limos and limo-style Sprinters, for birthdays, proms, weddings and casino runs.
  • Day trips. Atlantic City, New York City and the Poconos, planned as a full day with a set time to head home: see day trips from the Lehigh Valley. Shorter days out around the Valley and game days have their own notes under Lehigh Valley day trips and game days and concerts.

Coverage

Chauffeured Transportation in Pennsylvania: Where Riders Go

Pickups run across the whole Valley: Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, and the boroughs between them, from Emmaus and Macungie out to Nazareth, Bath and Hellertown. See the Lehigh Valley service area for the full map of towns. Rides can start east of the Delaware too: New Jersey and New York pickups, airports above all, plus Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Most trips head for a short list of places: the airports (ABE, PHL, Newark, JFK and LaGuardia), Midtown Manhattan, Atlantic City and Beaver Stadium on game days. Drive times vary with traffic and weather, so dispatch builds each pickup time around the day you’re traveling.

Pricing

What Sets the Price

Price follows the vehicle class, the hours or miles, and the date. A Saturday in May, packed with proms and weddings, can cost more than a Tuesday in February. How pricing works explains each factor.

Every Trip Is Quoted, Not Guessed

Cars and buses booked by the hour have a minimum, airport runs are flat rates by vehicle, and long days are priced on the route itself.

Questions

Questions About Riding with DT Goods

First-time riders often start here: where we’re based, whether we go to PHL, how quotes and payment work, and whether you can drive yourself.

Where Are You Based, and How Far Will You Go?

Our base is 2867 Post Rd, Orefield, in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, about 15 minutes from Allentown and from ABE. From there we run chauffeured transportation in Pennsylvania and well beyond it. Most rides start somewhere in the Lehigh Valley or nearby eastern Pennsylvania and head for airports and cities around Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York. Pickups in New Jersey and New York work too, and so do Connecticut and Massachusetts. If your trip begins somewhere else in the US, we arrange it through a partner operator, and you still book it with us.

Do You Go to Philadelphia Airport, or Only ABE?

Both, plus Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Trenton-Mercer and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. ABE is the short run: one terminal, about 15 minutes from Orefield. For PHL, plan on 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes from Allentown, and longer on a weekday afternoon. The Lehigh Valley airport (ABE) and Philadelphia airport (PHL) pages lay out pickup timing by flight time.

How Do I Get a Price, and Do I Pay Online?

Send the trip through the quote form with the pickup, destination, date, times, headcount and bags. Dispatch checks the route and the right vehicle size, then replies with a written quote. There’s no checkout or online payment on this site, and nothing is booked until you’ve seen the number and said yes.

Can I Rent a Van or a Limo and Drive It Myself?

No. Every booking comes with a chauffeur or a driver, from a 3-seat sedan to a 56-seat coach. Self-drive van and bus rentals are a different business: you’d handle the driving, the fuel, the parking and the return yourself. With us, you ride, and the person up front deals with the route and where to leave the vehicle.

How Far Ahead Should I Book?

As soon as your date is firm, and earlier for the busy stretches. Proms run April through June, summer Saturdays fill with weddings, Musikfest takes over Bethlehem in August, college move-in lands in late August, and fall brings Penn State and Eagles games. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are heavy for airport runs. A short-notice request is still worth sending; we’ll tell you what we can do.

Can One Booking Mix Vehicles, Like a Limo and a Guest Shuttle?

Yes. A wedding might need a stretch limo for the couple, a minibus looping guests between the hotel and the venue, and an SUV for the grandparents. Put every piece on one request with its own pickup times, and we’ll quote them together. The wedding page walks through a sample day.
